Nice leasing agents, all of them were great but had no idea what was going on half the time. Landlord would not directly talk to us either. I assume she would talk down because we were younger tenants (early 20s), but was still not okay. She got an extreme attitude, raised her voice over the phone on multiple occasions, and was extremely unprofessional, even though I never raised my voice. Violet still tried evicting us even after receiving the check from the government aid, and then demanded $800 more other wise, she would force us out. Tried to give us the 24 hour notice when they agreed to accept the money (which was coming by mail), which would make up for the rent lost and result in no eviction. During COVID-19 financial difficulties and when we got approved for government aid, was told by my case manager that they were not being compliant with the program and slowing the process (so they could evict us even thought they were getting our past due rent). Violet (assistant property manager) was rude and would talk in a condescending and patronizing way. Had 2 entrance s, would close one at random unexplained times for no reason (why close one entrance and keep the other one open? how is this “keeping us safe” or doing anything effective? Maintenance isn’t allowed to help if you’re locked out, so you have to spend money on a locksmith. Had a weird security guard who would harass tenants, follow cars, and write us up for weird things. Would allow families to block the road in the complex to play kick ball and other sports. Their trash company would be difficult with the amount of bags they would take? Large piles of garbage constantly sitting outside the dumpster and would smell up the whole place. Beautiful apartments inside (at least mine was) and okay management of the outside.
